1. **No Cancellation Option**: We do not provide any option for cancellation of courses or services once they have been purchased or enrolled.

2. **Non-Refundable Fees**: Once a course/service has been purchased, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Course fees
– Service fees
– Yoddhaa Defence Institute Entrance Exam Registration Fees/Form amount

3. **Non-Refundable Amounts**: Any amount paid to Yoddhaa Defence Institute is non-refundable. This policy applies to all payments made for courses, services, and related fees.

4. **Legal Jurisdiction**: Any legal matters or disputes related to fee refunds are subject to the jurisdiction of Marunji, Hinjewadi, Pune (Maharashtra) only.
