The Scholar & Warrior Conclave 2025, hosted by YODDHAA Defence Institute on 02 March 2025 at Lady Ramabai Hall, S.P. College Campus, Pune, marked a landmark moment in India’s defence-focused education landscape, formally introducing the Scholar–Warrior mindset—a structured integration of academic excellence, leadership development, and military discipline, followed by opening of 4 YODDHAA centres across Maharashtra.
The conclave was opened and hosted by Ms. Siddhi Deshmukh, COO, YODDHAA Defence Institute, who set the context by addressing the limitations of exam-centric education and outlining YODDHAA’s vision of holistic, leadership-oriented student development.
The keynote address was delivered by Lt Col Ranjitsingh Nalawade (Retd), Founder & Director, YODDHAA Defence Institute, an alumnus of Sainik School Satara, Indian Military Academy, and Army Air Defence College, with over 22 years of service in the Indian Army. During his address, he articulated the foundation of the Scholar–Warrior philosophy and formally unveiled the YODDHAA Pattern, built on IQ, EQ, and PQ, aimed at preparing students for NDA, IIT-JEE, NEET, and future leadership roles.
Mr. Tanveer Tadvi, CEO, YODDHAA Defence Institute, addressed the gathering on the execution
philosophy of the YODDHAA Pattern, emphasising structured systems, discipline, and long-term student transformation.
A defining highlight of the conclave was the unveiling of the YODDHAA SSB Centre by Col Sameer Khanna, SM (Retd), Veteran Indian Army Officer and SSB Training Expert, reinforcing YODDHAA’s commitment to authentic, officer-oriented SSB preparation.

Lt Col Ranjitsingh Nalawade (Retd) Inspires 1,000+ Students
Lt Col Ranjitsingh Nalawade (Retd), Founder & Director of YODDHAA Defence Institute, was invited as a Guest Speaker at the Sainik Shauryacha Gaurav Conclave, held at Hutatma Smruti Mandir, Solapur, and organised by the Sainik School Satara Alumni Association – Solapur Chapter.
Addressing a gathering of over 1,000 students, Lt Col Nalawade delivered a compelling session on life as a career in the Indian Armed Forces. He provided students with clear insights into the realities of military life, leadership responsibilities, discipline, and the honour associated with serving the nation. The session also covered career entry pathways into the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force, including NDA and other officer-level opportunities, with emphasis on early preparation, physical fitness, and character development.
The address generated tremendous enthusiasm among students, many of whom personally interacted with Lt Col Nalawade after the session, seeking guidance and expressing strong motivation to pursue careers in the Defence Forces.
The conclave was further enriched by the presence of eminent defence veterans, including Air Marshal Arun Prakash Garud (Retd), PVSM, VM, and Brigadier Arvind Kundalkar (Retd), SM, making it a highly inspiring platform for young aspirants.
Satara Event - 2025
Sainiki Seva: A Journey of Pride, Inspiration & Opportunity – Pusegaon
YODDHAA Defence Institute participated in the defence awareness programme “Sainiki Seva: A Journey of Pride, Inspiration & Opportunity”, held at Shri Sevagiri Maharaj Mandir, Pusegaon (Satara). The event was organised by the Sainik School Satara Alumni Association, D.N. Jadhav Foundation, and Shri Sevagiri Maharaj Devsthan Trust, and witnessed the presence of a large gathering of students, parents, and citizens.
The programme was hosted by Ms. Siddhi Deshmukh, Chief Operating Officer, YODDHAA Defence Institute, who anchored the sessions and guided the audience through the event.
Lt Col Ranjitsingh Nalawade (Retd), Founder & Director, YODDHAA Defence Institute, addressed the gathering on life in the Indian Armed Forces and career pathways for defence aspirants. Eminent speakers included Air Marshal Arun P. Garud (Retd), PVSM, VM, Vice Admiral Sunil Shokre (Retd), AVSM, YSM, NM, and Lieutenant General Jagdish Choudhary (Retd), PVSM, SM, VSM, who inspired students with real-life leadership experiences.
The event strongly aligned with YODDHAA’s mission of shaping disciplined, motivated, and future-ready defence aspirants.

NDA Result Celebration - 2025
YODDHAA Defence Institute proudly celebrated the NDA Written Examination Result 2025 (September Attempt), marking a significant milestone as 19+ YODDHAA students successfully qualified the prestigious examination.
The campus witnessed an atmosphere of pride and celebration as students were welcomed with garlands, traditional dhol, and victory rallies, symbolising their hard-earned success and disciplined journey. The celebration event honoured not only the achievers but also their parents, who were formally felicitated for their unwavering support, trust, and belief in YODDHAA throughout the preparation journey.
During the event, students and parents shared heartfelt experiences, reflecting on the dedication, sacrifices, and guidance that led to this achievement. The celebration was further energised by a motivational address by Lt Col Ranjitsingh Nalawade (Retd), Founder & Director, YODDHAA Defence Institute, who inspired the qualifiers to prepare with focus and confidence for the upcoming SSB stages.
The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, marking the collective success of students, parents, and the YODDHAA family. The outstanding NDA results were also featured in the news, reinforcing YODDHAA’s growing reputation as a leading defence preparation institute.
